The National Sexuality Resource Center, located at San Francisco State University, gathers and disseminates the latest accurate information and research on sexual health, education, and rights. Planned Parenthood Federation of America
Planned Parenthood is America’s most trusted provider of reproductive health care. One in four women in the United States has chosen Planned Parenthood at least once in her life. The national offices provide assistance to about 100 locally governed affiliates nationwide that operate more than 880 health centers. Planned Parenthood is a respected leader in educating women, men and teens about sexual and reproductive health. Service Employees International Union
The 2 million-member Service Employees International Union (SEIU) is the fastest- growing union in North America. Its membership is among the most diverse in the labor movement. Focused on uniting workers in three sectors, SEIU is the largest health care union, including hospitals, nursing homes, and home care; the largest property services union, including building cleaning and security; and the second largest public employee union. SEIU is building a 21st-century global union to help ensure that workers, not just corporations and CEOs, benefit from today’s global economy.
Applying the tools of cognitive linguistics to politics, Real Reason works to understand and convey what is at stake when people conceptualize problems and envision solutions, and why certain ideas resonate more than others. This effort is designed to be of strategic value to advocates for a wide range of issues, from reproductive rights to international cooperation. www.realreason.org

National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health
The mission of the National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health (NLIRH) is to ensure the fundamental human right to reproductive health care for Latinas, their families and their communities through education, policy advocacy, and community mobilization. NLIRH is cognizant that women of color, particularly Latinas, have had very limited access to the institutions and officials responsible for setting and implementing polices that directly affect the lives of many Latinas. For this reason, NLIRH is committed to serving as an advocacy engine or vehicle by which Latinas can voice their concerns and make their demands known. www.latinainstitute.org
ASPIRE(Trinidad and Tobago)
ASPIRE (Advocates for Safe Parenthood: Improving Reproductive Equity), is a grassroots women’s rights organization dedicated to reducing the rates of maternal death and disability due to unsafe abortion and advocating for less restrictive abortion laws. ASPIRE’s current project is a campaign in support of abortion law reform, which entails identifying key allies and supporting research to drive mobilization toward new legislation. Along with other like-minded organizations, the project engages in community activities, public education, mass condom distribution, media appearances, and letter-writing campaigns to parliamentarians with the hopes of raising awareness about its mission to reform. http://www.aspire.org.tt/new/web/about.php
Based in Washington, D.C., the arts connection is dedicated to making classical music more accessible. In keeping with this mission the organization has not raised its ticket prices for Schubert, Schubert and Schubert, its annual chamber music festival, in nearly 15 years. The organization also has history of providing free concerts in underserved areas, like the Anacostia neighborhood in Washington, D.C.
